All bookings require at least 2 weeks notice prior to arrival, to arrange your farmstay. Please allow 24 hours for us to respond to your enquiry, and a possible 24 - 48 hours to confirm a farmstay property. For Hobbiton visitors wanting to do farmstay, please note that your accommodation is not located on the movie set. Please note due to Covid-19, we will be taking bookings for stays from Level 1.
