Bed & Breakfast bookings are not available for Group Tours.

Transfers are only available for farmstay bookings that include dinner, bed, and breakfast.

Clients that are booked for the Hobbiton Evening Tour must have their own transport to the

Bed & Breakfast accommodation.

Your stay is not located at Hobbiton.  Hobbiton is a Movie Set location only, and does not offer onsite accommodation

Return transfers can be arranged for a small fee for those that do not have their own transport
